Introducing the Overbrook Community at 147 Elder Street

Sagecare is pleased to announce the development of the Overbrook Community, a new addition to our flagship home at 147 Elder Street in Toronto, Ontario. This specialized pod is designed to cater to the needs of individuals with lower acuity dementia, providing a supportive environment where they can flourish.

Scheduled to open in Spring 2024, the Overbrook Community will feature 21 memory care suites for individuals in the advanced stages of dementia. Alongside these new suites, residents will have access to an additional 5,000 square feet of amenity space, designed to accommodate Sagecare's comprehensive programming and promote a sense of community.

The Overbrook Community reflects Sagecare's 23-year history of innovation and commitment to dementia care. By expanding our Elder Street home, we aim to better serve the diverse needs of our residents and provide families in the Toronto area with a compassionate environment for their loved ones across a broader spectrum of cognitive acuity levels. This new community strengthens our ability to deliver tailored care to those experiencing varying stages of dementia and Alzheimer's.
